1.1 Applicability of Terms

tbagi ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing the website at https://tbagi.lat or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated below.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between tbagi and you. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 Age Restriction

tbagi's services are for individuals aged 21 years or older only. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to verify age at any time and to immediately close any account belonging to a minor.

1.3 Changes to Terms

tbagi reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Using the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms. You are therefore advised to re-read this page on each visit.

2.1 Registration & Single Account Rule

Each individual may open only one account on tbagi. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be temporarily or permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same phone number, email, or payment method is prohibited.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is not permitted.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and any other security codes completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Sharing account details with anyone else or transferring an account is prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the tbagi support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tbagi may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Providing false or forged documents will result in permanent closure of the account.

2.4 Account Closure & Suspension

tbagi may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions;
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse;
• Suspicion of money laundering;
• If evidence is found that the user is a minor;
• At the user's own request (as part of responsible gaming).

3.1 Deposit Policy

tbagi currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. For any delays, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 4 below).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tbagi offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: deposit ৳16,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.
• Be sure to read the wagering requirements before claiming the bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 25x applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in cancellation of the bonus and closure of the account:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts;
• Using risk-free betting strategies to fulfil bonus requirements;
• Attempting to transfer a bonus from one account to another.

4.4 VIP Program

tbagi's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. VIP benefits are subject to change at tbagi's discretion.

5.1 Game Rules

The tbagi platform hosts various types of entertainment games including dice games (Sic Bo), card games, cricket betting, and slot games. Each game has its own rules, and it is each player's responsibility to read the relevant rules before starting a game.

• All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, tbagi will provide a fair resolution.
• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games;
• Attempting to manipulate games by colluding with other players;
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems;
• Exploiting game bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

These activities will result in permanent closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

6.1 Data Collection & Use

tbagi collects and processes your personal data solely for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification;
• Processing financial transactions;
• Fraud prevention and security;

• Improving platform services.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
